Chevelle
Bullet for my Valentine
Crossfade
Deftones
N.E.R.D
Project 86
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Sevendust
Stretch Armstrong
Tool
System of a Down

And to cool down I like me some Johnny Cash, John Butler Trio, Iron & Wine, and some Imogene Heap.

It was interesting. For awhile my Ipod was busted and my workouts just weren't doin it for me. I didn't see any change for 4 months. Then my hubby bought me a new one and my workouts have been AWESOME. It's all about the music!

LOVE Black Eye Peas--have lots of it on my i-pod (My Humps, Pump it, Don't Phunk With My Heart, etc.). I also like anything by David Guetta (Love is Gone, The World is Mine, etc.) and Tomi (Baby Get Down). Has to be FAST and PUMPING for the cardio/strength circuits I do!

Pearl Jam's Rear View Mirror and State of Love and Trust are great to listen to if you want to spark up some passion and put it into your workout. Foo Fighters are great to listen to as well. If you like rap, Missy Elliot brings some strong beats.

Have to go with British Mod Revival groups - Tops is "Time for Action" by Secret Affair and "Going Underground" by the Jam. Also "Rock and Roll" by Lou Reed as the live version on Rock and Roll Animal.
