Hi Ryan, I am interested in WishList...but wonder if you could comment on all the trouble you had with log-ins, and protected and unprotected areas. I know that many people had problems with this site, myself included, and it was pretty frustrating for awhile there. Was this a bug in the WishList software? If not, what would you say the problem was and how can we avoid it? If so, did they fix this for you? Due to going through this on your site, I am now gun shy about Wishlist, and would appreciate your feedback on this. Thanks very much.

I just became a Wish List Member thanks to your above link and I am rapidly setting up the site.
It's pretty straight forward to use. I only needed my IT husband to walk me through
the software download and am figuring out how to set up the levels to membership.
I'm pretty proud of myself after figuring out how to set up my email directory
to send out emails without a monthly billing email service. This service rocks!!

Love the video Ryan - definitely helping me to gain clarity on which type of continuity formula to
follow...you make this process FEEL ACHIEVABLE.

Doing a full scale continuity program is something I've avoided so far (which is ridiculous considering
I have a database of 10,000!)

That's a great little video introduction to the world of Wishlist Member, you can see my review of the software over on Squidoo (http://squidoo.com/wishlist-member). I've been building Wishlist Member sites for both myself and my clients for a little while and it's great fun. As such I've done a lot of research in the area and I really beleive that unlike some tools it is great software that can be used for anyone from the DIY work at home entrepreneur to the more experienced internet entrepreneur such as Ryan with this site.

ScreenToaster is one that I've only recently been introduced to through this site but I'm currently testing out Camtasia/ezs3 combo for my videos. I might investigate ST after the camtasia trial.
